Samstagsseminar Kleingruppe 5 bis 8 Teilnehmer*innen Medical English-Kurs für medizinische Fachangestellte Unsere Arbeitswelt wird zunehmend interkultureller - auch im medizinischen Bereich begegnen wir immer häufiger Menschen mit unterschiedlichsten sprachlichen Hintergründen, die wir oft nicht in ihrer eigenen Sprache betreuen können. Da hilft uns als Brücke das Englische. In diesem eintägigen Workshop haben Sie die Gelegenheit auf mittlerem Sprachniveau Ihr Fachenglisch zu verbessern. Inhalte: Telefongespräche mit Patient*innen - Informationen geben, Gespräche an der Rezeption, persönliche Daten erfragen, Beschwerden entgegen nehmen, Fragen der Patient*innen beantworten (z. B. Wartezeit, Wegbeschreibung, Behandlungsmaßnahmen und -schritte beschreiben und erklären, Wortschatzaufbau). Material wird im Kurs ausgegeben (pro Teilnehmer*in zusätzlich 10 Euro).
